It is also rumored to feature a time-of-flight scanner that is capable of capturing 3D models. Apart from these, other camera features are Exposure compensation & ISO control settings, features like Auto Flash, Digital Zoom, Touch to focus, Face detection, and shooting modes like Continuous Shooting & High Dynamic Range (HDR) modes.
Display and Design
The Vivo NEX Dual Display Edition brings a clever new design with two screens, one 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen at the front and one 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen at the rear. It runs Android 9 Pie-based FuntouchOS 4.5 software. The Vivo NEX Dual Display Edition is expected to feature a 12MP+2MP+TOF triple-camera setup at the rear with OIS and 4K video recording. The TOF camera helps in capturing people and objects in 3D. Since there’s a screen at the rear, there’s no need of a front-facing camera as the main camera can be used for capturing selfies and video calling.
Storage & battery
The Vivo Nex 2 comes with a Li-ion battery having a good capacity of 4,050mAh that keep the device running for long hours. Such a battery life provides immense power backup to the smartphone and supports fast charging meaning, it can refill the battery in a less period of time. With respect to its storage, the device has an inbuilt storage of 128GB which can store a huge amount of data, files, photos, videos, games, apps, etc. of the users.
In terms of specs, the Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition packs in everything you would expect from a flagship, and then some. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor along with a massive 10 GB of RAM. Storage comes in at a paltry 128 GB.
